Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders, own the competitive price and discount. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: Do you have the stock for quick delivers?
A: We have enough stock for the common items for quick delivers. Every time we produce a large amount,we will produce more than the specific quantity. For these products, we can sell to our small distributors for the quick order.

Q: When will you arrange the production?
A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union. We only accept Paypal and Western Union for payment amounts below USD100.

Q: How wide is your standard production in PTFE coated fiberglass fabric?
A: The standard width is 1250mm. The max width is 4000mm.The min width is 1000mm. We can also provide you the customized items if required.

Q: What about the MOQ?
A: For the regular thickness and width, we can provide you any quantity you need.

Q: How to order samples?
A: We can provide FREE samples,but you need to afford the freight. If you place an order next time, we will return the samples freight to you.

Q: What about the raw material you use?
A: We use imported fiberglass from Taiwan and the PTFE resin is imported from Daikin and DuPont.

Q: Do you have the specific QC department?
A: Of course we have the specific QC department. Our company applies strict quality control system and service system. Once goods are finished, we will offer you the QC report with photos for your reference.

Q: What about the warranty?
A: We are quite confident in our products. We have special quality control department who will 100% check each goods before shipment,and we can assure you all the goods sent out are in good conditions.

When customers receive the goods in 15 days, if unfortunately, there occurs broken ones, please tell us and show us the detailed proof so we can check it and give certain replacement in the next order.
