CHANGWEI PTFE Teflon Fusing/ Laminating Belts are introduced the most advanced German looms to produce endless seamless, seamed, composite glass fiber cloth or Kevlar cloth by itself. Our seamless fiberglass cloth coated PTFE tapes (seamless tapes) have a smooth surface and are specially designed for the mechanical strength required by the bonding and lamination industry. Its non-stick surface, thermal transfer and high temperature resistance properties ensure smooth bonding and lamination of woven and nonwoven materials. We have developed a series of Fusing/ Laminating machine belts specially designed for the textile and garment industry. Our seamless machine belts can be matched with well-known bonding machine equipment at home and abroad, such as Hashima, Xinhua, etc.

Available Belt Types of PTFE Teflon Fusing/ Laminating Belts:
● Seamless machine belt: based on seamless glass fiber cloth or Kevlar material, coated with high-quality PTFE resin;
● Seamed machine belt: made of seamed high-strength glass fiber yarn or Kevlar, and impregnated with PTFE resin;
● Double-layer composite machine belt: It is made of high-light glass fiber yarn or Kevlar braided and impregnated with PTFE resin by a unique process. The joint is flat, the walking stability is good, and it is not easy to deviate.
